Charming stone farmhouse on the hills of the town of Guardistallo. It has been carefully restored between 2010 and 2011 following the Tuscan traditions.The farm can be reached by following a dirt road that leads off from the main road approximately for 1 km, The last 800 meters, where the actual property begins, are lined with young cypress trees that accompany the visitor directly to the farmhouse which is in a beautiful position spacious, relaxing and providing complete privacy. The farmhouse is on two levels, on the ground floor we have the entrance to the lounge decorated with arches, …the old stable, and the wide open kitchen unique and charming divided by a magnificent open fireplace. The fireplace has been made from old paving slab of Livorno the whole of the farmhouse has been painstakingly restored and special care for details has been taken. The television room with a tiled log stove completes the ground floor. The first floor can be accessed both from the kitchen and TV room.On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms complete with en suite bathroom, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and central heating. Extra room with bathroom in dependece The exterior is master as always … a shaded porch with table and chairs, brick bbq, and of course a beautiful swimming pool 10 x 5 meters with two vanishing edges and uniform depth of 145 cm.
