Ancient stone farmhouse with swimming pool in the Tuscan countryside can accommodate up to 10 people. It enjoys an extraordinary position at the base of the Rock Sillana, ancient medieval fortress now restored and can be visited by tourists. Outside the villa is a large garden with a small swimming pool, ideal for relaxing days of vacation in Tuscany. Not far from the Villa is a river swimming where you can enjoy trekking and nature walks. The house is on two floors: the first floor is a large kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and is still the old fireplace. The kitchen leads to the corridor on which there are two shower rooms and four double rooms; a fifth bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen. In the lower floor, accessible from both inside and outside, there is the large and airy living room with quaint brick arch. Oaks, olive and mulberry trees occupy one side of the rooftop garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a small sunny pool ideal for spending relaxing days of vacation. Immersed in nature and away from the bustle of the city, as if time had stood still, spend a holiday in the country reality thanks to the poor Tuscan-style furnishings, terracotta floors and stone stairs. |
