Send us an email to confirm you reservation with the code of property or the package code. We’ll send You the contract with all detail about your reservation. You should back us the contract with your signature by email with the deposit payment confirmation. When we’ll receive all documents we will send you the booking confirmation by email. Your reservation is confimed

As I pay the balance?
After pay the deposit , the balance will be settle directly to the property, unless otherwise specified on the contract, in the manner required by the property. If you have questions contact us, You’re welcome
In case of cancellation as I do to get back the advance?
The booking procedures are writen in the terms and conditions page. We should remember that A booking made on the Internet is part of the tourism contracts concluded in electronic form and is therefore subject to legislation applicable to contracts negotiated outside of business premises (Leg. Decree 15.1.1992 no.50) and legislation relating to the safeguarding of consumers in relation to distance contracts (Leg. Decree 22.5.1999 no.185). This recognises the right to cancel within 10 (ten) days of completing the booking, without citing any motivation or specifying reasons for the decision or without being subject to charges of any type or entity. To cancel, just send an email to info@divinatoscana.net. All bank cost are on charge to customer.
