Outside the villa is a large garden with swimming pool ideal for relaxing holidays in Tuscany. Not far from the Villa is a river where you can swim, trekking and nature walks. The Villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the fortress can hold up to 30 people including 20 in the main building and 10 in the annex. In total there are 14 rooms and 9 bathrooms. The Villa and the Dependance are part of a single building but with separate entrances. A ground floor with large rooms and sometimes original terracotta floors, stone fireplace. On the ground floor of the annex is a large dining room with a large window overlooking the pools and a kitchen with Focarile original turn of the century. The villa has a stunning panoramic location overlooking the ancient Etruscan town of Volterra and the imposing fortress, offering its guests charming evenings thanks to the show of lights that have the towers of the Tuscan villages. A few miles away, is a typical medieval village with restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The village is accessible by foot along the ancient trail that connected the castle, along the way is a lovely country church used for weddings and private ceremonies.
